Hello, I'm Beth Carroll. Welcome to NH Outlook.
In January 2006, NH mayors met as a group for the first time.
The purpose of their meeting in Manchester: to talk about the issues facing the state's
13 cities.
The smallest is Franklin and the largest is Manchester - but all of them share common concerns.
The meeting of mayors is now an annual event. In early February 2007, 11 of the state's 13 mayors met again.
This time, it was in Nashua at Nashua High School North.
Once again, the mayors got down to business tackling a variety of important topics-- at the top of the list: homeland security and education funding.
Here are some highlights from the meeting.

Moving forward, the group of leaders hope they can turn the annaul "mayor's meeting" into a twice a year event.
That concludes our program.
Thanks for watching NH Outlook.
I'm Beth Carroll.
I'll see you next time.
